WisdomCircle was founded in 2022 to bridge a simple but overlooked gap: the gap between experience and opportunity.
Our founder, Neeraj Sagar, observed something increasingly common around him. People were living longer, healthier, more capable lives — yet the structures of work had not adapted to leverage this. Seasoned professionals with decades of judgment, pattern recognition, and delivery behind them often found fewer meaningful avenues to apply it.

The window in which experience was formally “used” was often far shorter than the span of time it remained valuable. WisdomCircle was built to change that.
